Sue Webb offers a new meditation series, offering a comprehensive approach to deepening your meditation practice by combining weekly classes with daily practice to strengthen your skills. Over the course of six months, we will explore foundational mindfulness meditation techniques designed to enhance mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

 
COST is $10 per Sunday class. The weekday Zoom practices are included in Sunday's class fee.
 

What to Expect:

  • 3-Week Series every month: Each series, we will dive into a focused meditation topic. You’ll learn new skills each week that build upon each other, giving you a structured path for deepening your practice.
  • Weekly Classes: One class per week focused on a specific meditation technique or theme, including mindfulness of emotions, mindfulness of thoughts, loving kindness, and more.
  • Daily Live Zoom Practice: In addition to the weekly classes, I’ll guide a daily live Zoom meditation practice in the mornings. This is an opportunity to build consistency, reinforce what you’ve learned, and create a deeper connection to your practice. Watch the recording if you can't make the live practice.

The First Month: The Basics

The first month will cover the foundational practices to set you up for success:
  1. Breath Awareness: Learn to center your attention on the breath, cultivating calm and focus.
  2. Awareness of the Body: Develop awareness of your physical sensations to help ground and settle the mind.
  3. Loving Kindness: Cultivate compassion and positive intentions for yourself and others, a practice that can transform your emotional landscape.

Weekday Zoom Sessions
After each Sunday class, we will meet the following week to practice what we learned on Sunday. These are short 15-minute practices designed to help you stay connected to your meditation throughout the week. I understand that these times may not work for everyone, so they will be recorded and emailed to you daily so you can practice at your convenience.
