Meet Jeff Dickason

CEO, Kindred Scratch Kitchen

Wompa Member Since November 2024

If you’ve ever wandered onto the terrace or through the common spaces at Wompa and caught the scent of something savory—or someone talking passionately about hospitality, equity, or Thunder basketball—it might’ve been Jeff Dickason. Jeff is the founder and CEO of Kindred Scratch Kitchen, a startup restaurant concept with a unique mission that blends community impact with culinary excellence.

Operating from his business office at Wompa, Jeff wears many hats. From steering Kindred’s second round of equity financing to overseeing building plans for their upcoming brick-and-mortar, he’s also running catering events, preview dinners, and supporting the brand’s affiliated nonprofit: the Kindred Hospitality Alliance. The organization focuses on job training, resources, and systems of support for the hospitality industry—a model Jeff is deeply committed to.

“The sense of community and the ability to focus and spread out when needed—Wompa’s environment is one of a kind,” Jeff says. That collaborative spirit is what fuels his desire to connect. He’s always up for a good conversation—whether you pop by with a quick hello, pull up a chair for a longer chat, or want to collaborate on a community event.

Though Jeff spends most of his time working (his admitted favorite pastime), he also enjoys dancing, film (he recommends Only Lovers Left Alive by Jim Jarmusch), watching the Chiefs or Thunder, and—fun fact—used to host one of Tulsa’s most popular The Office-themed trivia nights. He’s also heavily involved with Tulsa Oktoberfest and has a soft spot for American muscle cars. One day, he hopes to have another hound dog napping under his desk—“nothing beats a lazy Howndaw.”

As a Tulsa native and active tribal citizen, Jeff brings a strong sense of local pride and cultural heritage to everything he does. His message to fellow WOMPANs?

“Come by and learn about our project. Doing good for your community is good business. Let’s trade ideas and grow together—because it truly takes a village, and Wompa is part of ours.”
