A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. These sounds are produced by various instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other healing tools. The goal is to induce a state of deep relaxation and promote a sense of well-being.
What to Bring:
- Yoga Mat: For your comfort during the session.
- Blanket: To keep warm and cozy.
- Pillow/Cushion: For added comfort if you wish.
- Water Bottle: Stay hydrated.
- Comfortable Clothing: Wear something you can easily relax in.
- Open Mind and Heart: Come with an open mind and be ready to enjoy the soothing sounds.
