Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath

Unwind, release, and return to balance in this deeply nurturing class that combines the stillness of restorative yoga with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. You’ll be guided by two experienced trauma-informed yoga teachers through a series of supported poses designed to relax the body, calm the nervous system, and invite a sense of ease. As you rest, you’ll be immersed in the gentle sounds of singing bowls and other instruments to promote a state of deep rest and inner harmony. This class is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional reset, or a quiet space to simply be. No experience necessary—come as you are.

What to Expect

In this class, you'll be guided through a slow, floor-based sequence of 4–6 restorative yoga poses, each held for several minutes with the support of props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. The use of props allows your body to fully relax into each posture without effort or strain. Most of the class will take place lying down or in a supported reclined position, creating the conditions for deep rest.

As you settle into stillness, the addition of a sound bath gently enhances the experience, creating a space where body and mind can soften together. The sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments support nervous system regulation and emotional release.

This practice is quiet, introspective, and deeply nourishing—an ideal way to counter the effects of stress and over-stimulation.
